TERMS

A few straightforward terms.

Draft outline — pending counsel. Current service is product information and enquiries.

  • This site currently provides product information and accepts enquiries. Online checkout is closed. An enquiry is not a purchase.
  • A $3 Lab payment buys a ticket / deposit, not title to a finished plush and not a guaranteed production slot.
  • Concept · not for sale means no retail fulfillment obligation for that SKU from the ticket alone.
  • Eligible Lab regions: Contiguous United States, European Union, and United Kingdom.
  • Window length: 7 days unless earlier closed for goal-met or cancellation.
  • Goal not met / run canceled → full refund to original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Retail KAKALOOM purchases (when enabled later) will have separate shipping / returns terms.
  • Limitation language, governing law, and dispute venue: TBD — counsel.
