Is KAKALOOM a talking AI assistant?
No. It is a touch-responsive plush pet with movement and sound. Do not expect open-ended conversations or voice-assistant behavior.
Does it need Wi-Fi or an app?
Supplier materials describe an offline-oriented product without a required companion app. We will confirm against the exact retail version before purchases open, including any service costs.
Can I wash it?
Do not assume that a removable cover is machine washable. Keep electronic components dry, and follow the cleaning instructions supplied with the retail version.
How long does charging take?
We are confirming charging time and battery-use conditions for the retail version. We will publish verified guidance before ordering opens.
Who is it for?

What is Design Lab?
A concept studio to test same-spec companion shells. $3 = 1 ticket, 7-day windows, sample only if the goal is met. Concepts are not for sale.
Is a Design Lab ticket an order?
No. A $3 deposit is a ticket, not a pre-order. If the concept does not reach its published goal within the 7-day window, or if we cancel the run, you receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
