FAQ

Is a ticket an order?

No. A $3 deposit is a ticket, not a pre-order. Final retail price, size, materials, and features remain TBD until sampling and supplier quotes.

What if the concept misses the goal?

If the concept does not reach its published goal within the 7-day window, or if we cancel the run, you receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. A ticket is never a shipping guarantee.

What is the ticket threshold?

100 tickets per concept (Season 1 published goal). The live progress bar always shows the published goal for the current window.

Why does every card say Concept · not for sale?

Season 1 cards are concept shells for preference and paid-intent testing. They are not available to buy as finished goods. A winning concept is not an automatic production order.

Who can buy a ticket?

Eligible regions for Design Lab deposits: Contiguous United States, European Union, and United Kingdom. Retail KAKALOOM checkout remains separate and closed until pricing and shipping are confirmed.

Mock ticket buttons on concept pages open preview outcome screens only — no real payment. Character design © Eye-Opening Communication / DUMIMI — pending written authorization. Not an official DUMIMI store.
